Meet Ryan

Ryan Skinner, founder of Apex Retirement Services, has spent over two decades helping individuals and families retire with true peace of mind. Inspired at a young age by legendary investor Peter Lynch, Ryan credits his success to the many mentors who shaped his journey, believing that God and the universe placed the right people in his path at just the right times.

Guided by the belief that “leaders serve,” Ryan approaches his work with humility and purpose. For him, financial planning isn’t just about growing wealth; it’s about building relationships, protecting families, and creating a foundation that lasts for generations.

Ryan often tells his clients, “It’s not a me thing, it’s a we thing,” reflecting his view that every success is shared and every challenge is faced together.

Outside of work, Ryan’s greatest joy is being a dad to his daughter, Dylan. Dylan is a ray of light in his life, full of strength, grit, joy, and an unwavering positive attitude. Dylan, who has autism, has taught Ryan profound lessons about love, resilience, and what truly matters most.

Dylan inspires him to give back and to serve others, carrying her spirit forward in his work and in the way he shows up for his clients and community every single day.
